Pilates

A workout Inspired by Joseph Pilates, the original Inventor of Pilates. This workout is a total body, core strength workout like no other! A Mind-Body workout that will train you to be Perfectly Aligned, Flexible and Well Balanced, and ready for any other physical discipline!

PUMP

Coached Strength Training. The emphasis is building strength and muscle endurance. You will use Benches, Hand Weights, Barbells, Resistance Bands, Body Weight and Gravity to build a stronger, more lean looking you!

Stretch and Restore

A very relaxing stretch class for anyone looking to increase joint range of motion, muscular flexibility and restore balance to the mind and body. Recommended for all levels!

TurboFit
