Yoga | Back to Classes

Vinyasa or flow style yoga. This class integrates body and mind for total performance, and it is therefore an effective means to achieving mind-body health. This class is taught in a warm room to prevent injury and maximize the effectivness. 

Power Yoga classes are taught at a quicker pace with less instruction, some experience is recommended.  This class is taught in a heated room ( 90 degrees)
