Power Yoga

Vinyasa or flow style yoga at a quicker pace. This class integrates body and mind for total performance, and it is therefore an effective means to achieving mind-body health. Taught in a heated room , come prepared to sweat. Although this class may be modified to all levels it is recommended that you participate in a few yoga classes before attending a power yoga class.
