How long have you been going to the club? I’ve been going to the club for about 3 years.
What do you love most about the Liberty Lake Athletic Club? I really enjoy the classes. I take a variety of classes from spinning, to water aerobics, yoga, and pilates. Taking the classes makes the workouts go faster. Also, there is a sense of community in taking classes. I enjoy that.
Do you have any short term goals in working out at the Liberty Lake Athletic Club? Well, I have lost about 120 pounds; and at least 50 pounds came off during my workouts at the club. I will continue to workout, get stronger, and feel healthy.
