What We Do
At the Performance Lab we help adults and young athletes build strength and gain confidence so they can achieve things they didn’t know were possible. We believe anyone can achieve great fitness with our science-based programming and passionate, dynamic coaching staff. We provide full body workouts that focus on proper movement, strength, and conditioning, with modifications to fit each client’s level of fitness. The Performance Lab is a place where you can work hard, sweat, and crush your goals in a high energy, encouraging group setting.
Who We Are
Adult Group Training Labs
Our goal at the Performance Lab is to help you train your body and mind the right way, so you can achieve the performance goals in life that are most important to you. The group classes are science-based in their design to yield maximum results for all fitness levels and goals. Both Strength and Endurance Labs are led by a certified coach who is committed to your success by teaching proper movement and form all while creating a fun, motivating environment to grow and be challenged in.
The Strength Lab consists of full body workouts designed for increasing movement capacity, gaining strength, power, and mobility. We achieve this through a variety of tools such as free weights, medicine balls, Kettlebells, and bands to help you achieve maximum athleticism. The Endurance Lab consists of full body conditioning workouts designed to increase your aerobic capacity, decrease fat, and maintain lean muscle.
High School Performance Lab
The High School Performance Lab is where athletes will be guided and challenged by a certified coach with extensive experience at both the high school and collegiate levels. Our philosophy is to help athletes not only build physical strength, but also confidence and character to impact their teams and communities in a positive way. All athletes will be trained with a holistic approach; focusing on strength, speed, mobility, and conditioning. Using the latest principles and philosophies from the highest level of sport, athletes will receive a comprehensive plan designed to enhance and elevate their performance, while also working to prevent injury. The High School Performance Lab’s holistic approach is designed to help athletes take both their physical and mental performance to the next level.
Semi-Private Training Lab
Our Semi-Private training is designed for clients who are looking for more individualized programming and a smaller group size to help meet their performance goals. The semi-private sessions consist of 2-4 trainees per session. Each client will have their own personalized program to meet their desired fitness goals. Sessions are lead in a small group setting by one of our certified coaches.
